Waiving Maternity Fees for Kenyan Mothers

In July 2006, the Kenyan Ministry of Health decided to waive maternity fees in response to high maternal and infant mortality rates. This video examines some of the effects this policy has had, six months after implementation, while also pinpointing some of the remaining challenges.
